  • 1 year repair warranty- Applies to any repair made to existing gutter systems.

  • 1 year cleaning & tune-up warranty- Note this does not cover gutters that become clogged again due to leaves or debris caused by nearby trees if not gutter protection (such as screen guards) has been installed.

Available Methods for new installation

  • Hidden hangers- Installed in gutter in every 2 feet with 1-1/2-inch screws.

  • T-wedges- Installed behind gutter every 6-8 feet for extra support on slanted fascia jobs.

  • T-strap support- optional upgrade for reinforced strength on sloped fascia; mounted to the hanger and secured the roof.

  • Installed behind flashing-Gutters are properly installed behind the metal flashing to prevent water from leaking behind the gutter, helping protect the fascia board from rot or future damage.

  • Miters & Endcaps- Installed with sealant and fastened for a leak-resistant finish.

High-quality Practices

  • Proper drainage- We ensure every new gutter is installed with the correct slope for optimal water flow. D&B Gutter begins sloping the gutter at a rate of ¼ inch every 10feet toward the nearest downspout to prevent standing water and overflow.

  • Downspout Placement- for best performance, D&B Gutter recommends installing downspout every 25 to 30 feet to ensure proper drainage and reduce the risk of clog or water buildup.

  • Clean-up- We complete every project with detailed clean-up including a magnetic sweep around the work area to help catch stray screws or nails. While we do our best, we cannot guarantee that all metal debris will be removed.

        Material

  • Sealant-premium grade sealant is use in all gutter corners and endcaps.

  • Non-Rust aluminum material- use for all gutter and downspouts (unless otherwise specified)

  • Seamless gutter-Custom made to fit job on site (unless otherwise specified). Aluminum gutter material to be industry standard gauge of .027.
